Find it under Settings > Application > General > SCM Integration. The Mac App Store edition does not have this page: the App Sandbox does not allow an app to change the configuration of other programs.
What it does
This page sets DeltaWalker Classic up as the comparison tool of popular source control management (SCM) systems, and as the merge tool of Git and Mercurial, in a couple of clicks. The SCMs are Bazaar, Git, Mercurial and Subversion.
The table lists each SCM with its configuration file in its default location, for example .gitconfig in your home folder for Git. Check an SCM to add DeltaWalker Classic to its configuration file, or uncheck it to take DeltaWalker Classic out of it; the change is made when you click Apply and Close. When the configuration file is somewhere else, or there is none in the default location, select the SCM and click Browse to locate the file.
