How Do I Request a Feature or Report a Problem?
DeltaWalker Classic offers an easy, built-in way to send product feedback to Deltopia. Choose Help > Submit Feedback…: the Submit Feedback dialog does the heavy lifting for you. It can attach the log and state files we need, adds relevant system information, lets you preview everything before you send it and, finally, sends it all to us with a click of a button.
When reporting a problem, please describe the steps that will allow us to reproduce it on our end. Screenshots are often helpful.
When you submit an enhancement request or an idea for a new feature, please be aware that by doing so you acknowledge and agree that Deltopia may use any ideas or information you submit to improve its products or services.
