To report a problem with DeltaWalker Classic, please use Help > Submit Feedback…: it lets you submit log and state files, as well as relevant system information. You choose which files and information to include, adding your name and email address is optional, and you can preview everything before you submit it.

To submit suggestions and ideas for product improvements, please email support@deltopia.com, or use Help > Submit Feedback…. Please bear in mind that by doing so, you agree that Deltopia may use the ideas or information you submit to improve its products or services in any way it sees fit.
