What’s the Easiest Way to Navigate Differences in DeltaWalker Classic?
Moving from one difference to the next is the most common operation in a file and folder comparison application, so DeltaWalker Classic gives you several ways to do it:
Go to Next Delta
- Menu: Navigate > Next Delta
- Keyboard: Cmd+Shift+Down Arrow
- Keyboard and mouse: Cmd+Mouse Wheel, scrolling down
- Toolbar: the Next Delta button
Go to Previous Delta
- Menu: Navigate > Previous Delta
- Keyboard: Cmd+Shift+Up Arrow
- Keyboard and mouse: Cmd+Mouse Wheel, scrolling up
- Toolbar: the Previous Delta button
To go only to matching deltas—changes whose content exists on every side of the comparison—Shift+click the Next Delta or Previous Delta toolbar button, or use Cmd+Shift+Mouse Wheel.
