What Are the Differences Between the Main and a Local Toolbar?

There are two kinds of toolbars in DeltaWalker Classic:

The main toolbar is displayed at the top of the application window. Its contents stay the same regardless of the kind and number of open windows. Many of its buttons are enabled or disabled depending on the state of the active comparison window.

The folder comparison local toolbar appears in the title bar of the folder comparison window. Its actions, such as expanding, showing and selecting entries and filtering them, apply only to that folder comparison. Next to the local toolbar, a menu button holds more actions for the folder comparison.
